Floor plans

One of the biggest requests for information I receive is for floor plans.  I've noticed that quite a few agents will not post them on their site, figuring that they'll get more leads if they make the client ask for them.  I disagree and think that you are more likely to get that clients business if you give them everything they want up front.  After all, why would they go anywhere else?  The biggest request for plans is for the Tuscany master planned community in Henderson.  My husband has been working on getting them posted.  So far, only the 1763 and 2573 plans are available online.  The Tuscany is being built by Rhodes homes and will have 18 different neighborhoods at build out.

Moving from Las Vegas

The Jacqulyn Richey Las Vegas real estate team is the only "sure thing" in Las Vegas. Not only will you find information about the Las Vegas real estate market, additional local information about places of worship, schools and recreation are readily available as well. I've also added a real estate article section, frequently asked questions and real estate glossary.  Feel free to contact me at info@lvrealty.net for a personal introduction.

Las Vegas Real Estate

The Las Vegas real estate market is a buyer's dream come true at the moment.  A record number of over 19,000 homes are currently on the market according to the Las Vegas MLS (multiple listing service).  Builders are offering free upgrades, window coverings, upgraded appliance, waiving HOA fees for year(s)---all to entice a buyer to pick their development. Competition in the condominium market is just as fierce.  In addition to offering similar incentives like upgrades or waiving HOA fees, some communities are offering additional value services like free tanning on premises, free wireless internet service, private dog parks and free car washes to name just a few. With so many choices it can be bewildering to pick the community that is best for you and that gets you the most value for your money.
