Just a quick update. I got in contact with Sherry Latham about 17th and Vine, i.e. Stephanie Village. The project has just changed its name to Stephanie Village. All of the floor plans, amenities, etc have not changed.
Since the name change, construction has stared in earnest. If you drive by the property, you'll see construction for residence one and the community clubhouse.
